Operational Guide for BD2 Edition Daily Operations
1.
Update Shop Data
HuaYoung Creator Marketing Suite is not only a batch outreach tool for creators, but a full-chain operations management system for creator marketing.
By syncing shop information, the latest data on products, samples, invites, and orders is synced into HuaYoung, providing the data foundation for subsequent operations such as invite outreach, sample approval, content management, ad campaigns, private domain accumulation, and intelligent system analysis.
1.1
Sync Shop Information
Use a regular browser (not fingerprint browsers such as Ziniu or Zhanfu) to access the HuaYoung TK portal: tkshop.szdamai.com
In the HuaYoung TK portal's left menu, choose "TikTok Shop", then click the "More" dropdown on the target shop card and select "Info Sync".
In "TikTok Shop" click the target shop card's More > Info SyncNote: When the flow is actually executed, the system will call the fingerprint browsers (Ziniu, Zhanfu, AdsPower, etc.) where the HuaYoung TK plugin is installed, or the HuaYoung fingerprint browser built into the HuaYoung Client, to access the shop and run the flow, ensuring a secure network environment.
3. The system will automatically open the fingerprint browser (Ziniu, Zhanfu, AdsPower, HuaYoung, etc.) to access the shop backend and execute the sync flow. The system automatically opens the fingerprint browser to execute shop info sync
Notes:
On first run, the system performs a full scrape which takes longer; please be patient. Subsequent daily runs are incremental and faster.
During sync, do not close the browser, switch tabs, or minimize the window, or the task may be interrupted.
If a captcha appears, it is auto-resolved; no manual action is needed.
1.2
Check Sync Result
After sync completes, return to the portal and click Refresh. If the shop card's "Latest Update Time" updates to the completion time of the just-finished flow, the shop data is updated and subsequent operations can begin. After refresh, the shop card shows "Latest Update Time" confirming sync is complete
Notes:
For daily operations, run the shop info sync flow 1-2 times per day (once in the morning and once in the evening).
2.
Creator Invite and Outreach
Creator invite and outreach means sellers proactively contact content creators on TikTok to invite them to promote products, leveraging creators' traffic and influence to boost shop sales. This is one of the key differences between a TikTok shop and other e-commerce platforms.
The HuaYoung TK system supports multiple creator invite and outreach methods, all of which can be initiated with "one click and auto-executed":
Targeted Invite: Create an invite plan, set products, commission, contact info, and validity period; this is the core collab method.
Inbox Message: Use TikTok Shop backend inbox messages to communicate with creators, often for follow-up reminders after a targeted invite or for daily contact.
Email: Reach out to overseas creators via email, especially for US and EU sites, as an important supplementary channel.
Off-Platform Outreach: Use creator social accounts (such as WhatsApp, Line, Viber, Zalo, Facebook, iMessage, etc.) to send instant messages to creators for contact, communication, and collab.
2.1
Targeted Invite
Targeted invite means creating an invite plan for a creator, setting products, commission, contact info, and validity period to invite the creator to promote products.
2.1.1 Step 1: Enter "Targeted Invite"
In the HuaYoung TK portal, go to "Home" - "TikTok Shop" and click the "Invite & Outreach" button on the shop card.
In "Home" - "TikTok Shop" click the shop card's "Invite & Outreach" button
Then click the "Targeted Invite" button on the page; a targeted invite wizard dialog will appear.
In the shop's "Invite & Outreach" panel, click "Targeted Invite"
2.1.2 Step 2: Select Products
In the wizard's "Select Products" tab, click "Select Products" to add products.
Set parameters such as "Free Sample" and "Standard Commission".
Select products and set commission, whether to enable free samples, etc.
Then click "Next" to enter the "Select Creators" tab.
Notes:
When the execution mode is "RPA Flow", the running device refers to the fingerprint browser where the HuaYoung TK plugin is installed (such as Ziniu, Zhanfu, AdsPower, etc.) or the HuaYoung Client. Please make sure they are all open.
2.1.3 Step 3: Select Creators
In most cases, you can invite creators through the "Shop Creator Plaza".
Set filter parameters such as category and GMV, and enter the number of creators to invite.
Turn on "Precise Creator Match", and for the ignore rules, check the option to avoid duplicate invites.
Set filter conditions such as category and GMV for creators
Then click "Next" to enter the "Select Outreach Method" tab.
Notes:
Do not invite more than 500 creators at a time. Exceeding that easily triggers frequent captchas, hurting efficiency. For example, to invite 1,500 creators, split into 3 runs of 500 each. Or set up a scheduled automation to run the invite 3 times a day automatically. For system scheduled tasks, see the later section: Schedule Automated Tasks.
When the Creator Plaza invite count runs low or invites frequently trigger captchas, you can also invite through "Featured Public Creators".
2.1.4 Step 4: Select Outreach Method
Enter a contact method.
In the message body enter the invite script. You can also click "Script Templates" to pick a pre-saved template, or click "AI Script Assistant" to let the system AI generate the invite script for you.
Here, remember to check "User Manual Tag" and enter: YourName_{MMdd}. This makes daily operations much easier later.
Set contact info, invite script, and user manual tag
Then click "Confirm".
2.1.5 System Executes the Flow
After clicking Confirm, the system schedules the task and automatically switches to the fingerprint browser where the HuaYoung TK plugin is installed (Ziniu, Zhanfu, AdsPower, etc.) or the HuaYoung fingerprint browser to begin the targeted invite flow.System starts the targeted invite flow
Notes:
During the process, do not close the browser, switch tabs, or minimize the window, or the task may be interrupted.
2.1.6 View Invited Creators
After the flow finishes, return to the HuaYoung portal.
Click "Creators" - "Team Creator Library" and use tags to see how many creators you have just invited.
View your invited creators via tags
Notes:
In the creator list, make sure "All Creators" is selected. If the "Tag" column is not visible, click the "Fields" button on the top right and enable the "Tag" column.
Go to "Creators" - "Team Creator Library" and filter the creators you need to message by tag (e.g., filter creators you invited on a specific day), or use the "Advanced Query" button for more complex queries.
In "Team Creator Library" filter creators needing a message
Or you can go to "Creators" - "Dynamic Creator Pack" and click a pack you're interested in (such as creators with high followers who have already collabed).
"Dynamic Creator Pack" auto-filters and updates creator groups in real time based on preset rules
Then, in the creator list, batch select creators and click the "Inbox Message" action in the action bar.
In the "Inbox Message" dialog, enter the message, choose a product card, and check Do Not Duplicate
In the "Inbox Message" dialog, enter the message, choose a product card, etc., and check the "Do Not Duplicate" option to avoid sending duplicates.
Then click "Creator Storage Settings", check "User Manual Tag" and enter: YourName_Message_{MMdd}; this makes daily operations much easier.
Set user manual tag: YourName_Message_{MMdd}
Finally, click "Run Now" and the system schedules the task to run the flow.
Same as how you check the result after a targeted invite, in "Team Creator Library" you can use the tag created in the previous step, such as "John_Message_0818", to see the creators to whom you sent batch inbox messages on a given day, making subsequent operations easy.
The HuaYoung TK system supports sending batch emails to creators, especially since Western creators still use email as one of their main communication channels.
Below is a rough outline for sending batch emails in HuaYoung. (For detailed configuration and steps, see the documentation: Send Email to Creators)
Step 1: Configure the Email Sending Service
In the HuaYoung TK system, go to "System Settings" - "Email Settings" and add a new email sending service. The system supports two email services:
Gmail: Recommended, because many creators leave Gmail addresses and Gmail-sent emails are less likely to be flagged as spam.
Other email services: Such as Tencent Enterprise Mailbox. You need to enable POP/SMTP and generate an app-specific password first, then select "Other" in the system to configure.
Add a new email sending service
Step 2: Create an Email Template
After configuring the email service, create an email template in the system and set the subject and body.
Add a shop email template - supports {creator.id} and {creator.name} to replace the creator ID and name
Creator info update - select creators in batch and click "Info Update"
Step 4: Send Batch Emails
In Team Creator Library, filter target creators who have provided an email address, choose the "Send Email to Creators" flow, and pick a created email template. The system will automatically send batch emails to these creators.
Send email - filter creators with an email, check them, and enter a custom tag
2.4
Off-Platform Outreach
HuaYoung TK supports off-platform outreach, which is one of the system's key features.
Off-platform outreach means using the creator's instant messaging accounts (such as WhatsApp, Line, Viber, Zalo, Facebook, iMessage, etc.) to batch add creators as friends and batch send instant messages for contact, communication, and collab.
Below is a rough outline (for users with this need, refer to the documentation linked in the Notes below for detailed steps):
Step 1: Connect Phones and Instant Messaging Accounts
The system supports phone-group-control for Android, iPhone, etc., controlling mobile instant messaging apps to prepare for the subsequent flow.
Connect phones and instant messaging accounts
Step 2: Get the Creator's Contact Info
Run the "Creator Info Update" flow in the HuaYoung TK portal; the system will automatically scrape the creator's instant messaging accounts and other contact info.
Get creator instant messaging accounts via "Info Update"
Step 3: Add Creators as Instant Messaging Friends
Use the HuaYoung TK system to automatically add creators as friends on WhatsApp, Line, and other instant messaging platforms.
Add creators as instant messaging friends
Step 4: Send Batch Instant Messages
In the HuaYoung TK portal, select target creators, choose the "Send Instant Message to Creators" flow, set the message content, and the system will automatically send the message to the creators via the phone.
Batch select creators to send instant messages
System batch add instant messaging friendsSystem batch send instant messages
Off-platform outreach requires connecting a phone to use the phone-group-control feature.
Off-platform outreach requires an upgrade to the Private Domain Edition to use.
Once you have the creator's instant messaging account and have completed outreach, it is strongly recommended to communicate via mobile instant messaging, which greatly improves the creator's reply rate.
3.
Creator Assignment and Claim
Creator assignment and claim are core daily operations of the BD2 edition (Collab Scenario 2).
Under Scenario 2, a single creator may be assigned to multiple BDs at the same time, and different BDs may be responsible for different products. The single "Follow-up owner" attribute is no longer enough to describe the multi-dimensional information of creator-BD collab (which shop, which product, which time period), so a "Collab Order" is needed to record these collab details and performance.
3.1
BD Self-Claim Creators
By default, BDs can self-claim creators.
3.1.1 Creator Filter
First, in the "Creators" - "Team Creator Library" creator list, use the "Tag" filter at the top of the filter bar to filter out creators you are interested in claiming. For example, the user custom tag you created during targeted invite: wdm_TargetedInvite_0101, filter out the people you invited on January 1, and then claim these creators.
Use user custom tags to filter creators the BD cares about
3.1.2 Claim Creators and Create a Collab Order
In the earlier guide, we know that creator-BD collab has two scenarios:
Scenario 1 (a single creator can only be assigned to one BD at the same time) uses the creator's "Follow-up owner" attribute to record the collab and the BD's performance. Scenario 2 (a single creator can be assigned to multiple BDs at the same time, and split by product) has more complex collab relationships. The single "Follow-up owner" attribute is not enough to describe multi-dimensional info (which shop, which product, which time period), so a "Collab Order" is needed to record these details and performance.
Now, let's first claim the creator and create the collab order to record the various dimensions of the collab with the creator.
Click the "Claim" icon in the "Actions" column on the right of the creator list.
In the dialog, check "Create a collab order for this claim".
Click the "Add Product" button and select the products you are responsible for.
Claim creator and create a collab order
3.2
Manager Unifies Creator Assignment to BD and Creates a Collab Order
If your company does not allow BDs to self-claim creators and instead requires a business manager (Super Admin / BOSS / Manager role) to do the unified assignment:
First, turn off the BD self-claim feature as shown below:
In "Settings" - "General System Settings" - "Creator Claim and Assignment" - "Advanced Settings", turn off "Allow BD to self-claim creators":
Turn off "Allow BD to self-claim creators"
Then the business manager can unify creator assignment in "Team Creator Library":
Select the creators to assign, click the "Assign Creators" button at the bottom, then in the dialog choose the BD and check "Create a collab order for this assignment", then pick the products the BD is responsible for.
Business manager unifies creator assignment to BDs
Notes:
Only users with the "Creator Assignment" permission can assign creators. By default, "Super Admin", "BOSS", and "Manager" all have this permission. For more on permissions, see Team Management and Permissions.
3.3
View Creator Assignments
In "Creators" - "Assigned Creators", you can view "Creators Assigned to Me" and "Creators Assigned to My Department".
If during BD self-claim or manager unified assignment you did not check "Create a collab order for this claim/assignment", you can create one here.
The collab order records the creator-BD collab progress tracking and performance calculation in detail. Please be sure to create a collab order for every creator-BD collab.
View creator assignments; create a collab order here for any without one
3.4
View Collab Orders
Now we can view collab orders in "Creators" - "Collab Orders".
First filter by follow-up owner to find the collab orders responsible by that BD.
Use tags to view collab orders in different states.
Click the "Details" icon in the "Actions" column to view the collab order details and make adjustments.
In "Creators" - "Collab Orders" view collab orders

Collab Order Details and Adjustments
In the previous step, we clicked the "Details" icon in the "Actions" column to view the collab order details and make adjustments.Collab order details page
3.5.1 Collab Order: Collab Products
Collab products are the most critical element. Here you can see which products the creator and BD have collabed on, and the collab time for each product.
If no products were added when the collab order was created, or there are new collab products, you can add them here.
Whether a product can be added to a collab order depends on whether the creator has another collab order for the same product at the same time. A product added to a collab order must not have an overlapping collab period with the same product in another collab order for the same creator.
Collab order's collab products
3.5.2 Collab Order: Sample Records
You can record sample tracking related to collab products in the collab order. The specific principle is:
1) Sample records generated in the shop for a collab product during the collab period are automatically added to the corresponding collab order;
As shown below, a collab product is added to this collab order with a start date of 2026-01-01. On 2026-03-07, the creator requested a sample for that product. The sample record is automatically attached to this collab order.
Sample records generated in the shop for a collab product during the collab period are auto-attached to the collab order
2) If needed, users can also manually enter an online or offline order as a sample record.
Manually enter an online/offline order as a sample record
3.5.3 Collab Order: Creator Content
The collab order auto-aggregates videos and live streams the creator produced, with the principle: Selling videos/live streams that contain the collab product and are generated during the collab period are auto-attached to the corresponding collab order.
As shown below, a collab product is added to this collab order with a start date of 2026-01-01. On 2026-01-25, the creator produced a video for that product. The video is automatically attached to this collab order.
Selling videos/live streams generated during the collab period are auto-attached to the collab order
Note: The attribution logic for live stream content is the same as for video content.
3.5.3 Collab Order: Investment and Output
You can view the investment and output in the collab order details, as shown below:
Collab order investment and output
The collab order includes the following types of investment:
Sample cost: the cost of all samples.
Shop commission: commission from selling orders.
Ads cost: coming soon.
Offline cost: allows users to enter offline investment details manually.
Additionally, the output included in a collab order depends on the following advanced settings:
Collab order and BD performance calculation mechanism
Rule 1: Content (video/live stream) produced within a collab order belongs to that collab order (and the BD of that collab order). All subsequent orders from that content also belong to that collab order and BD;
Please note: this rule is enabled by default. For example, a collab order has a selling video. All subsequent orders from that video belong to the collab order, even after the collab product's collab period ends. This means the collab order's output will change over time as the video produces orders.
Rule 2: Affiliate orders with no media source produced during the collab period belong to the collab order (and to that collab order's BD).
For example, for the "Men's Bag" product, the collab period runs from 2026-01-01 to 2026-03-31. During that period, the creator produced an affiliate order for that product, but with no clear selling source (such as video or live stream). If the option above is checked, that affiliate order's output also belongs to the collab order.
3.5.3 Collab Order: Further Reading
With collab orders, you can record the details of creator-BD collab in depth, which brings great benefits to performance calculation. For in-depth info on collab orders and collab performance, refer to:
Processing samples and fulfillment is the core daily operation after creator invite and outreach.
After you successfully invite a creator to sell for you, the creator will often apply for a sample from you (i.e., request a sample). You need to approve and track the creator's sample requests, and manage shipping, sign-off, and fulfillment progress.
4.1
Sample Approval
Compared to operating directly in the TikTok Shop backend, HuaYoung presents the creator's follower count, GMV, whether they have already produced orders for you, and sample records at other shops at a glance, helping you make decisions quickly.
Step 1: Enter the shop that needs approval
On the "Samples" - "Sample Approval" page, click "Enter Approval" on the right of a shop.
Enter sample approval
Notes:
The current sample information is the sample requests fetched during the last shop info sync. So if the last sync was a long time ago, run "Shop Info Sync" to fetch the latest sample requests.
Step 2: Filter the samples you need to handle
You can see the details of each sample. Then use the "Tag" filter to list the samples of creators you invited.
Filter the samples you need to handle
Tips:
Click the "Fields" button on the top right to display the most decision-relevant information (such as GMV, follower count, and other fields) in the current view.
Click the "Advanced Query" button on the top right to filter samples that need to be handled across multiple dimensions.
Step 3: Approve the Sample Request
Now you make an "Approve", "Reject", or "Hold" action for each sample request. This forms several tasks, temporarily stored in the task drawer at the bottom right. If you change your mind, you can also enter the "Task Drawer" to cancel a specific approval and return to the pre-approval state.
Approve the sample request
Tips:
When you don't want to send a sample, generally you don't choose "Reject", but "Hold". Once its expiration time is reached, the sample request is gone.
Step 4: Execute the Flow
Click the "Task Drawer" in the bottom right, check the approval tasks you just made, and click "Batch Run". The system will then actually start executing the flow and complete the approvals.
System batch runs the approval flow
4.2
Sample Tracking
After the sample is approved, you need to track the sample's approval, shipping, sign-off, content output, and whether it has generated orders for you, ensuring smooth fulfillment and avoiding the collab getting stuck at the sample-shipping step.
In sample tracking, your main work includes:
Step 1: Filter and Query
Use the filter conditions at the top of the page (apply time, status, shop, creator tag, etc.) to quickly locate the sample records you need to focus on. A common practice is to filter by tag for samples of creators you invited.
Filter and query the samples you need to track
Step 2: Track Sample Status
Use the status tabs on the page to quickly lock on to sample records at different stages and focus on their state.
Focus on the different sample statuses and content/order output
Recommended focus by stage:
Status
Need Attention
Description
Pending Shipment
✅ High priority
Sample approved but not yet shipped. Arrange shipping and log the tracking info ASAP to avoid the creator waiting too long.
Shipped
✅ Needs attention
Sample shipped. Track the logistics to ensure normal transit.
Pending Output
✅ High priority
Sample received but the creator has not produced a selling video or live stream yet. This is a key fulfillment stage. Push the creator to produce quickly.
Content Count <3
✅ Needs attention
The creator has produced content but fewer than 3. There is still room to expand the collab; push for more content.
Completed
⚠️ General
The sample flow is done. Review output effect and order data periodically.
No Output in 10 Days
🔴 Critical
No content produced within 10 days of sample sign-off; this is fulfillment exception. Follow up immediately to find out why.
Cancelled
⚠️ General
Sample request rejected or cancelled. Check occasionally for any misoperation.
Tips:
Use "Fields" on the top right to display more fields you care about.
Step 3: Batch Operations
Perform batch operations such as sending inbox messages or instant messages to creators at a certain sample stage.
For example, for creators with no output in 10 days, batch select these creators, then click "Batch Operations on Creators" and choose to send an inbox message or instant message.
For creators at the current sample stage, perform batch operations
Monitor views, likes, and conversions of creator selling videos and live streams, and track content authorization status.
5.1
Creator Selling Videos
When you run the "Shop Info Sync" flow, it fetches the selling videos creators produced for you into the HuaYoung TK system. You can view the video view data, authorization status, selling performance, and more here.
For daily operations of "Creator Selling Videos", you should focus on the following:
Focus Area
Focus Point
Description
Authorization Status
Authorized / Pending / Unknown
Authorization status determines whether you can run ads on the video. Authorized videos can be used directly. Pending videos require the ad code from the creator.
Authorization Type
Affiliate Bulk Authorization / Unknown
Different authorization types correspond to different usage rights. Affiliate Bulk Authorization usually means the video is authorized at the platform level.
View Count
Video view data
A basic indicator of content quality; higher views mean the content is more popular.
Valid Orders
Number of orders the video produced
Core metric for measuring video selling conversion ability.
CVR per 1,000 Views
Orders per 1,000 views
A more precise conversion metric. The higher the number, the more ad-spend value the video has.
Publish Time
Video publish date
Combined with views, judge the growth trend. New videos with fast-growing views may have viral potential.
Step 1: Filter and Query
Use the filter conditions at the top of the page to quickly filter and query creator selling videos.
Filter and query the creator selling videos to track
Step 2: Update Video Data (View Count, Like Count, etc.)
Video view count, like count, etc. change dynamically. You need to update these regularly to prepare for subsequent operations.
Since video like and view counts cannot be queried in the TikTok Shop backend, they must be queried from www.tiktok.com. Browsers like Ziniu and Zhanfu generally cannot access this site, so video info update requires a preparation step to set up the browser profiles used for video info update. See the reference documentation: Video Media Info Update
Batch select the videos to update media info for and click "Media Info Update" at the bottom.
Select videos and click "Media Info Update"
Notes:
The "browser profile" required for the media info update flow is the one you prepared in the previous prep step.
Step 3: Analyze Video and Data
The video list shows each video's selling creator, orders, CVR per 1,000 views, and selling products. You can use "Fields" on the top right to display more fields you care about.
Click the video thumbnail or title to see detailed information, including:
Video heat trend chart: view, like, and comment trends over the last 30 days
Video playback and download: view the selling video directly in the browser in HuaYoung, and download if needed
Video likes, views, and engagement index
Step 4: Check Authorization Info
For videos you want to run ads on, you need to focus on their authorization status:
If authorization status is "Pending" or "Unknown", select these videos and click the "Authorization Info Update" button at the bottom to query the latest authorization info
For videos with authorization type "Ad Code" but authorization status "Unauthorized", you need to ask the creator for the ad code. Once the video is about to go viral, you can immediately run ads without delay chasing the ad code at the last minute.
Centrally displays all creator selling live streams. You can view each live stream's duration, selling products, order output, sales amount, and more here.
Creator selling live streams
On the "Creator Selling Live Streams" page, you should focus on the following information in daily operations:

Flow orchestration is a core feature of HuaYoung TK. It lets you set up scheduled or trigger plans for repetitive work such as shop info sync, targeted invite, batch inbox messages, video info update, exception alerts, and more, and hand them off to the automation flow to run automatically on a schedule, reducing manual work and automating shop operations.
6.1
Step 1: Create a New Flow Orchestration
Create a new flow orchestration: In "Tasks" -> "Flow Orchestration", click "New Flow Orchestration". If you access the shop through Ziniu, Zhanfu, or other browsers (with the HuaYoung TK plugin installed), click "Other Browser" and name this orchestration.Create flow orchestration based on your browser type
Enter the orchestration details: After the previous step, a flow orchestration is created. Click "View Details" to enter it.Click "View Details" to enter the flow orchestration
Select a browser instance: Click "Add Browser Plugin Instance" and choose the browser instance where the HuaYoung TK plugin is installed. The subsequent flow will start this browser to auto-run the scheduled and trigger plans you create below.Add browser plugin instance
6.2
Step 2: Create a Scheduled Plan
For example, we want to run shop info sync once a day at 8:00 AM.
Flow: select "Shop Info Sync". Time: set to 8:00 AM every day.Create scheduled plan
Click Next to complete the scheduled plan creation.
6.3
Step 3: Create a Trigger Plan
For example, we want a targeted invite plan to be triggered after the morning shop info sync.
Click "Create Trigger Plan" after the "Shop Info Sync" plan you just created.Create trigger plan
Flow: select "Targeted Invite" and set other parameters as needed.Choose the flow and parameters for the trigger plan

Best Practices
Once you know how to create scheduled and trigger plans, you can theoretically orchestrate almost any scenario you need.
HuaYoung TK has also summarized the operating experience of major sellers and distilled them into several shop operation best practices for you to use directly:
Click "Recommended Strategies" to see a series of preset flow execution times and plan schedules. You can adjust, supplement the invite products, contact info, and other details, then click "Confirm". The flow will be orchestrated using the recommended template.
Use "Recommended Strategies (Best Practices)" as a template to create a flow orchestration
Notes:
For the flow to run automatically, keep the HuaYoung Client or the browser with the HuaYoung TK plugin installed logged in, and make sure the login account matches the one used by the HuaYoung TK portal.
Creator performance and BD performance follow these rules:
1) Creator Performance:
The creator's performance is the creator's investment and output during the collab period with the follow-up BD.
Creator investment includes: creator commission, creator sample cost, and other offline cost.
Creator output is: the sum of GMV from the creator's selling orders (excluding cancelled orders).
2) BD Performance:
Content (video/live stream) produced by the creator during the collab period belongs to the follow-up BD. All orders from that content belong to the BD's performance.
If the creator's follow-up owner changes from BD1 to BD2, the performance for each BD's collab period is calculated separately and attributed to BD1 and BD2 respectively.
Affiliate orders with no media source produced during the creator's collab period are attributed to either the BD or the shop based on company operations, set by the team's Super Admin/BOSS in "Settings" - "General System Settings" - "Creator Claim and Assignment" - "Advanced Settings".
7.1
Collab Orders
In Scenario 2 (a single creator can be assigned to multiple BDs at the same time), the creator-BD collab is recorded in detail through "Collab Orders". You can view collab orders at different stages (No Order, Order Placed, Pending Review, Archived, Cancelled) to track the collab status with the creator.
You can also view the current collab status, products, sample records, creator content, investment and output, and other details from the collab order.
In "Organization" - "Creator Performance" - "Creator View", view the overall creator performance statistics for a calendar month:View the overall creator performance for a calendar month
You can also use the creator's attribute panel to view the breakdown of all investment, output, products, samples, output content, collab order records, etc. for the creator from the earliest collab to now.
